Babyly ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Babyly mobile application ("App"). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
With other users: Your public profile (name, profile photo, location, ratings, and active listings) is visible to other Babyly users. Messages you send are visible to the recipient.
With service providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, including:
Anonymized and aggregated data: We may share or sell aggregated, anonymized data — such as trends in listing categories, general geographic activity patterns, or usage statistics — with third parties for research, analytics, or commercial purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you personally and does not constitute the sale of personal information.
Advertising partners: The App may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads relevant to your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
For legal reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Babyly, our users, or the public.
Business transfers: If Babyly is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such cases, we will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Babyly uses your location to show you listings near you and to display your general location (city/region) on your listings. We request location permission only when you first set up your account or update your location. We do not track your precise real-time location or share it with other users beyond the city/region level.
Photos and videos you upload to listings are stored on our servers and are publicly visible to all Babyly users. Profile photos are visible to other users. We request camera and photo library access only when you choose to add a photo to a listing or your profile.
When you delete your account, your listings and profile data are removed. However, media files (photos and videos) stored in our file storage infrastructure may be retained for a period of time after account deletion due to technical constraints, and may not be immediately purged. We are working to implement automatic media cleanup upon account deletion. If you have specific concerns about media removal, please contact us at team@babylyapp.com.
We use push notifications to alert you about new messages, rating requests, listing activity, and other account events. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver notifications.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, the following occurs:

Babyly is intended for use by adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at team@babylyapp.com.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, including affiliate links through which Babyly may earn a commission if you make a purchase. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
The App may also display in-app advertisements through third-party networks such as Google AdMob. Sponsored or featured listings may appear within the App and will be labeled as such. Babyly's editorial decisions and user content are independent of our advertising relationships — advertisers do not influence how listings are ranked or displayed outside of designated featured placements.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
We do not sell personal information — meaning information that can identify you as an individual. We may share or sell aggregated, anonymized data (data that cannot be linked back to any individual) as described in Section 3. Such anonymized data does not constitute "personal information" under the CCPA.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App or by sending you a notification. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
